Daniel stars in Radio 4 comedy drama Quill playing the title character, a down-at-heel playwright desperately seeking inspiration for his latest venture. Airs at 2.15pm on Wednesday 23rd September and then on iPlayer.

Working with Tom Morris and George Mann, Daniel will play Reverend Hale in The Crucible at Bristol Old Vic where the play had its European Premiere in 1954. This year is the centenary of Arthur Miller's birth.

Exactly a year on from the air disaster in which Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 was shot down over Ukraine, Daniel plays Liam Sweeney, one of the victims, in an affecting drama about some of those who lost their lives. Listen here.
The Sam Wanamaker Playhouse is hosting The Globe's Read not Dead season and Daniel will play Henry VII in John Ford's play Perkin Warbeck. Tickets are available for the Sunday 28th June performance here.
Working again with Perfectly Normal Productions, Daniel records Heading to Paradise to be aired on BBC Radio 4 - a play that looks at the lives of some of those who died when a Malaysian Airlines passenger aircraft was shot down while flying over a war-zone in Ukraine.
Daniel plays the titular character in Quill for BBC Radio 4. A wonderfully vivid play about a struggling playwright and the blurred lines between his imagination and reality. Clive Brill directs Tony Jones' debut radio play.
Daniel will perform with Philip Franks, directed by Joe Harmston, in TS Eliot's Murder in the Cathedral as part of the Eliot Festival.
Daniel records 'You Are Dead' - the new Peter James thriller for Macmillan Digital Audio as well as nearing completion of the entire PD James catalogue of Adam Dalgliesh novels for Faber Audio.
Dirk Maggs directs Daniel in The Far Side of the Moore a radio play, also starring Tom Hollander (as Patrick Moore) and Patricia Hodge. It will be on BBC Radio 4 in March.
Daniel records Ed Harris's adaptation of The Castle by Franz Kafka for BBC Radio 4. It will air in May.
