Daniel is hugely excited to be involved in this remarkable project, telling the story of Anne Lister - a lesbian and wealthy Halifax landowner who tried to affect social and political change in the 1830s.
Sally creates such vital work; intimate, moving, funny and addictive, and Daniel is thrilled to be working with her and her talented team on this series.
Daniel began filming in May and will continue until Ocotber 2018.
Daniel adds his voice to Where is Anne Frank?
Ari Folman's children's animation will focus on Kitty, the figure that Anne Frank wrote her diary entries to, living in Amsterdam during the second world war; the film imagines Kitty discovering the diary, and unfolding Frank’s story as she reads it.
Daniel will voice the Director of the Anne Frank Museum (Anne Frank House).

Directed by multi-award winner, Dirk Maggs and produced by David Morley and Perfectly Normal Productions, and written by Sean Grundy, Low - Bowie in Berlin reunites Daniel and the team that worked on acclaimed radio drama The Far Side of the Moore.
Daniel returns to play SGT Dixon in TOmmies
BBC Radio 4 record more episodes of World War I drama Tommies in which events from certain key dates during World War I are dramatized and broadcast 100 years after they happened. Daniel returns to play Desmond Dixon, a Geordie miner with psychopathic tendancies. He will appear in episodes broadcast on 21st March and 11th April 2018.
